Just booked my hotel room.

FYI to those who haven't gotten a room yet, when I went online to book, the hotel currently shows no availability. HOWEVER, if you go through the link that is provided on the first page, you will be able to reserve a room.

Correct - you must use the link provided to book as this is the only way to get the group rate that is fully refundable (should something happen and you can't attend). Plus, we ask everyone to book as part of the group to ensure we meet the numbers for the rooms we have set aside at the hotel. (Thanks)

So, to recap - To book your room, use either the link provided, or call to reserve.
