It's frustrating as hell. Even after I get far enough to get the PIDs it will still disconnect.

Awesome. Thank you for your help.
Hope it works out for you. I was in your shoes awhile ago with same problems. No consistency with the SCT. It worked when it wanted to.

You are logging in metric (Maybe you know that already)

The logged perssure is the Manifold Absolute Pressure you have to subtract the Barometric Pressure from MAP value to get boost.

MAP Value = 156 kPa = 22.6 psi;
Baro Value = 100 to 104 = 14.5 to 15.1 kPa;

Boost = (156 - 100) kPa or (22.6-14.5) psi = 56 kPa = 8.1 psi

And one more thing.

Try to use LiveLink GenII, it is more better than LiveLink v6.5

and I prefer to log with VCM Scanner which is more better than SCT milion times. But Ted asking to log with SCT.

Also I have a wideband that I could easily connect it to the VCM Scanner. but connecting it to SCT it is a headache.

Whoa.

Thank you my friend. I appreciate it.

This is kind of what I mean. If I were a company making these devices I'd make it more user friendly. Maybe they do it to keep tuners in a better position to have us need them but, to me, there is no reason they can't have it log in simple terms if we set it to.
