talk to the local body shop after geting my GT out and he said i cant get painted stripes for around $500. i wanted a black and blue SS but GM wont give it to me so ima going to do it myself for not much more. im going to order a black SS then go get custom stripes, another plus is you can make them wide or skinny as u want them and also make them longer, like i want my stripes to go all the way down the grill and bumper. dont switch your color you want just to fit their criteria go do it your self and you dont have to spend much more for it!! dmn now i gota wait for my stripes to dry lol

thats the whole thing about after market......you can pretty much do whatever you want. no ones stopping you. congratulations on just finding this out.

While I agree with you about getting the stripes you want, I encourage you to look through the Photoshop threads and see some of the pics with the stripes all the way down the front.

IMO the front end (the SS especially) does not lend itself well for stripes full down due to the lack of sheetmetal there. But again, just my opinion.

i new it was possible but i thought it was going to be more expensive! ive been alive for awhile buddy.

I like the look of the stripes all the way down, im going to paint the calipers the same color the body shop guy wnts to kno the color of the blue lighting on the inside so he can match the color as close as possible. i think this would set my car apart big time. i like, need to be diffrent kinda how i am

Yesterday I was driving to pick up my sister from school, and on the side a saw a nice looking mustang. It was a GT Silver with Blue Stripes all the way down. It looked Amazing. Do you think some one could photoshop a Blue or Black Camaro having the Stripes Run all the way down ?

check the photoshop thread i think i remember seeing both a blue and black with white stripes all the way down.

Only one problem I have with ordering the stripes on mine. I want the hockey stripe but dont want the hood stripe. Im not paying $500.00 for just the hocky stripe. When I do order hopefully can talk the dealer into just letting the hockey stripe go for less than that.

We are offering many different version of the factory Rally and Hockey stripes and some others that no-one else has available.
