last night was a lot of fun. got to fiddle with my Hottie. found out sport mode is better than just having it in drive lol. my reaction time is still there but I need to figure out how to do a nice burn out to get my back tires warm.
Met two guys that remember me in my yellow Camaro from the bluff city mustang club. I raced one of them in his black 5.0 and beat him!

weather was awesome! and not a lot of people there at all, never had to wait to go down the track.

now lets pray that Thursday doesn't get cancelled because of rain and that Sat. warms up early for cars and coffee.

I doubt you would benefit much, if at all, from a burnout on street tires. All you would do is clean the dirt off.

well the pavement in the parking lot and going to the staging area is really shitty so that's why I want to do that, for clean tires and to warm them up on the first run. I spun very badly on the first run of the night up there.

I know if you get them too hot, they will get oily and slick.
