Open door let window down hold down button 4 sec then lift up! Do this to both sides I had that problem when I changed out my battery 🔋

Most time the down/up method has worked fine for me after the battery has been disconnected. One time I had the same issue you are having; wouldn't re-index no matter how many time I tried the down/up method; here's what finally did and it worked:

1) Disconnected battery again and let it sit for about 5 minutes before reconnecting.
2) Started car
3) Did the window down/up again and it worked.
