Interested to see pics and if this gets coveres under your warranty.

I would think that it would not due to the nitrous putting additional stress on the part that failed and being the possible cause of the failure.

They replaced mine and i had voided all warranties 800 miles into owning the car....

Brought the car in and they said they'd take care of it even without the warranty so it gave me the impression that this is an issue thats pretty common...They wouldnt fix the 2nd gear grind issue though.

i dropped the car off with full suspension- drag radials, tuned, intake, longtubes, no cats and borla mufflers. Needless to say i was impressed with GM.

Wasn't GM it was your dealer. They should not have to verify a tune to the ECM for that fix. Now if the dealer wants to they can as was mentioned above, void the repair due to the nitrous.
