Ported heads, NA vs FI

I searched, but did not find a real response to this. I will be getting a cam later this year, and adding a supercharger hopefully in about 2 years. Is there a difference in the way heads are ported to benefit a NA vs FI build? Trying to figure out if it's worth getting the heads done now, but don't want to waste the money if a different style of port is beneficial when FI is installed. I know the engine is just an air pump, just trying to figure out if any difference when you introduce FI into the mix. I know the heads are not required and the whole cost to benefit. Looking for any advice.

Thanks in advance

Generally the same.

For high HP builds someone might go with inconel exhaust valves that stand up to heat better.
