So if I got the eagle eye white halos then got some HOD H13 (whatever that means) bulbs in white for like $40 to replace my existing halogens, it would look just like the RS headlights?

h13 will not work. u need h9 bulb or an h9 HID kit

HELP!!!
So i want to add some halo eyes to m camaro Ls but im not sure if i can can someone please clear this quesiton up please and if i can add halos without buying headlights ?
