Hello everyone, I changed out my sway bars 6 months ago and about a month ago my car startig making a click/pop sound every time i turn a corner (1-20mph) Since then i have installed lowered springs but since the sound wad there before I assume it had nothing to do with it. Anyone have this problem or know what is causing it?

Is your blinker on when you are turning the corner?

Kidding... Hope you find a solution!

You could remove your front sway bar end links and tie the sway bar from moving to narrow it down for sure to your bar/bushings/end links. Just don't get crazy!

Hi DaFisch,

Were the sway bars installed by your dealership?

No, I had Midas do it, but they were the eibach anti roll ones and it doesn't sound like they are moving or clicking so I doubt it would be that.

Is it a constant clicking/ticking sound? Most likely the Differential. How many miles on your car? Might want to replace the fluid with something decent.

Check your link joints to the front sways, one of the Iowa guys just found out this was his popping noise.

Okay. I would be happy to speak with your dealership further on the issue for you! You may send a private message at any time with your full contact information, VIN, vehicle mileage, and name of preferred dealership. Thank you!

I have 17700 miles on my car, do you think it could be that?

I have the same thing happening on mine, with the same sways/spring kit as you. Mine didn't start until 3 years after those were installed though, so I kind of doubt it's that.

I'm going to be taking mine in soon to have a shop look at it. Hopefully nothing too expensive.

I had the same problem, with 18k miles... took it to the dealer and they replaced the front bearing and hub under the factory warranty. Never heard the clicking again!
