steering problem need advice / help

I havent had it in the air but i plan on lifting it tomorrow. My car seem to be lumpy when i slow to make a left turn i notice it more when pulling into my garage. It doest wobble when i drive fast or drift out of lane just when i slow and apply the brakes n turn left it doesnt free right. also the car shakes a lil bit when i slow down/i know this might be brakes but whats the other issue. What should i look for need help.

It sounds like something is loose. Have you had any work done recently?
