Alignment Parts, I want more rear camber and front caster adjustments

other than Pedders eccentric bolts has anyone used something similar or different to achieve what I am looking to do?

Thats just for the fronts and I am curious to know how those plates give caster adjustment with camber at the same time.

What is Pfadt using for the rear camber?

55Designs, you can orient the slots in the plates to accomplish camber only, caster only, or any imaginable combination of the two. Best part about it, it is super easy and repeatable. Nothing to fuss with or grind away to install.

There is more than enough adjustment on the rear OEM bolts to suit the amount of rear camber needed to get the tires to bite appropriately. It is for that reason that we use the OEM adjustment for the rear only.

I respectfully disagree with Pfadt. It is my opinion for opimum handling, the rear camber needs to be 50% of the front camber. When adding drop coils in the front and rear, and putting the front cambers to -1.0, which I feel is optimum for aggressive street, you will not be able to get the rear cambers to -.5 degrees without changing the OE eccentrics. Doing this makes a huge difference in handling. Even with OE height, I have been unsuccessull getting the rears to -.5 degrees in many Camaros.

Mike I agree I had a few race guys set our car up and the rear camber is hard to dial in further. I want at least -8 to -1 in the rear and close to -2 up front. I could care less on tire wear. have plenty of front camber but I want more caster to experience with the front end getting a touch light at high speeds on the course so It looks like I will use the ecentrics.

Not sure if the Pfadt Camber plates would work properly with my KW coilovers in terms of fitting the springs. Did Pfadt test these on other systems on the market?

Try the Pedders Eccentrics in the rear. I think user "mws444" is using the Pfadt camber plate with the Pedders supercar coilovers.

Oh, you want more POSITIVE camber (than what is achievable with the OE eccentrics). What is your ride height set at? And what is your wheel/tire size combo? Can not tell you if you can achieve less than .9 in the rear unless you have this info. I thought this was a race car you were working on for some reason, my mistake.

If your KWs use an OE upper strut mount, then they work with our Caster/Camber plates. It is an all inclusive product with proper adjustment capability for repeatable measurements. We even have versions for 2.5" race springs and Grand-Am spec springs. GM used these on the Camaro SSX with much success!
