Like I said before, your biggest issue is going to be the body work required for the rear-quarter panels to extend them past the taillights.
You could conceivably mold the fascia to have a protrusion that runs up that high, but then what? It would also have to run over top of the lights as well back to the trunk lid, which would mean you'd need a whole new trunk lid to keep that new body line flowing. I mean, it's totally doable, but the expense as well as the time it would take to do it right would put the end product way outside of your usual target audience's checkbook. Not to mention if it was done poorly, the end product would have the potential for looking absolutely horrible considering the number of bodylines you're touching...
