1LE ride better than SS due to better shocks?
As the 1LE has monotube shocks and the same springs as the SS, does it
have a better ride quality? |

No, but it's not too bad, but the 1LE is much more fun to drive stock. I have had both. Also you can also seriously upgrade a standard SS or LS to a 1LE+ spec without destroying the ride. You will hear a little more noise however.

The changes in the 1LE suspension are for performance rather than comfort. I can't say that I have noticed much difference in ride quality between the two though.

I noticed a better ride quality after switching to 1LE tire/wheel package.

I also thought the ride quality was better in my 1LE compared to my 2011 2SS. I didn't really feel that the ride was more bumpy or that there was more cabin noise. I just feel that the car is so much more controlled and responsive.
