What is a good protectant to use on the soft top to prevent sun damage, protect from bird dropping damage, etc.....?

As Ron stated ragtopp is very good. 303 is also excellent. With 303 you do have to protect the paint and rubber. I believe 303 offers the best protection but if you want good protection without some of the application hassles go with ragtopp.

I second 303 expecially if you have a Fabric Top like I do. I tryed Ragg Top first but did not like the product after a couple weeks. As I recall it just did not do what it advertised it was to do. That's all I need to say about that product. 303 is a much better product FOR ME. Michael in Virginia

IMHO, a car cover or a garage protects the top AND the paint.

Haartz, the top manufacturer, recommends RaggTopp.

Ragg top is the best, and as noted, the ONLY product recommended and endorsed by Haartz.

Used both, the 303 lasts a lot longer. But as stated use a towel to cover the rubber and paint.
