It was readers submitting car names, I believe. I don't think there was competition in the traditional sense.

Mustang - most mod'able?... Is that a default because it's had no competition for like si years? Is that car really cheaper to go faster than a 4th. Gen?

I think the Honda Civic Si is the most "moddable" I mean these guys will count decals, LEDs, and badges as performance mods!
