I'd def go for a exhaust mod or something first

Something else category never ends... What's your goals?

I am curious what to do first for the most "bang for the buck" on this LS3?

Wrong place for cosmetic, but I will focus some on that, but performance/priority wise wise what should I do first?

1. CAI
- does scoop and relocation kit help/matter?
2. Headers
3. Cam
4. Catch can
5. something else?
JRE Power Solutions gives you the best bang for the buck in one neat package.

Wow!

That sounds like a package I am looking at.

Well I have a local seller for the Flow master American Thunder axle back for $275. It is hard to heat and it sounds great IMO.

Had CAI brand CAI on my V6 and I loved it so was planning to order that as well.

Catch can, well cause it's a catch can. I will go Elite here.

As far as the cut outs in exhaust that would be cool but not exactly sure on how much that costs or how to direct the shop to do it.

I live near Tim Collette and his BEAST and think I want to go Kooks for it headers.

My goals? Right now to add as much quick Hp as I can, open the sound up from exhaust and then do a lot of cosmetic work to increase the "mean" stance etc.

Have about $3000 to play with immediately.

Agree with other comments: CAI first, then exhaust. If it's a manual transmission, I would get the skip-shift eliminator and a short-shifter also.

If you get a tune there no need for the skip shift eliminator. I went to Ellis at speed secrets in Monroe. And he did a good job tuneing my SS

skip shift

Skip shift eliminator is only needed on SS. There are conditions (based on engine rpm, temperature, and throttle) where the car won't let you shift from 1st to 2nd. It locks it out for a second or so. The skip-shift eliminator prevents the lockout.

No skip shift eliminator is needed with the JRE tune, I shut it off in the calibration.

Nothin wrong with it. I loved it! Miss it but this deal was too good to pass up. Got more than I owed on my LS and got this for just under $25k with only 9k miles on it.

How much was all of this? What's typical install price for headers?
