SLP Loud Mouth II

Anyone have any feedback in the SLP Loud Mouth II exhaust? I have a new 2014 SS and am really torn on what system to go with. I'm looking for a low growl without it being so loud it's obnoxious.

I purchased the slp loud mouth axle-back with muffler delete. Haven't had it installed yet, but yours was my other option.

SLP Loudmouth II

The SLP Loudmouth II was one of my first mods when I bought my SS. I like the sound, it has a good deep tone without the annoying drone. On initial start up it gives off a powerful exhaust note then settles down to a nice rumble. I Added Long tubes and high flow cats and still am glad I went with this setup.

The LM1 is a muffler delete, the LM2 has mufflers. My buddy has the LM2 on his '04 GTO and it sounds really good. I'd imagine the sound to be similar because the engine is still an LS. I say go for it!

I have the Loud Mouth II's on my 2010 SS with my SLP Supercharger. Def. not loud but they do add a better rumble.
FWIW....I am eventually putting in a Noweeds system because sometimes you just want it LOUD!!!!!
Be Safe!

My car was home four days when I put on the LM IIs. A short time later I removed the resonators and added an x-pipe and shorties. I run the car with only cats during instolation and it's not much louder then with the LM IIs. I had some drone before removing the resonators so I would suggest getting rid of them too. I have been happy with them and haven't had any problems with noise.

With Longtubes and high flow cats my car screams pretty good with this set up,If I want loud I step on it. If I just want a nice rumble I drive normal that what i like about this exhaust, being able to control the sound.
