Maryland Speed = NOT a scam

FYI,

I was pricing out Kooks headers and stumbled across Maryland Speed's website. They were the cheapest from what I found and I was concerned about them being a scam because of 'ripoffreport.com'. HOWEVER, I called Kooks headers and they said they happen to be one of their largest suppliers. idk who wrote that report, but they obviously do not have their facts straight. Here was my order status:

Friday Aug 13 2010 1:39pm - ordered headers
Friday Aug 13 2010 4:39pm - UPS tracking number issued
Monday Aug 16 2010 5:49pm - UPS delivered LT Headers

Just thought I'd throw this out there. Maryland Speed is not a scam. I actually had a very good experience through them.

Just ordered a Borla exhaust from him the other day, again he beat every price.

Brandon is very straight forward. Great to work with. I was looking to buy multiple parts. He talked me out of additional purchases. He could have easily made a larger profit off of my sale. I will definitely use in the future.

Got my Borlas from them. They actually took the time to send me an e- mail saying that shipment would be delayed beacuse of production demands. Now THAT'S customer service.

Which Borla did you get?

I'm thinking about either the KOOKS full exhaust or the LG Motorsports full exhuast. I haven't heard LG in person (hope to change that soon) but from the videos it sounds like the best sound so far. However, LG isn't cheap expecially since I want coated headers which would cost me and extra $300 or so and I would have to pay tax because LG is local to me.

LG works real close with Borla so my guess is they are using Borla mufflers on their cat-back. I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to buy the KOOKS headers w/cats and coating and then buy a Borla cat-back. The only concern there is that it won't be a 3" exhaust which seems to make the sound better.

Just so you guys know what he is referencing..a while back we had someone (maybe even a competitor) place a slanderous post on the website referenced by the OP because our phone number and address are not on the website. The person never ordered from us, or even attempted to...just had some kind of attitude and made the post. Never mind the fact that a simple google search with find both (though our warehouse is not open to the public). Since said website allows anyone to post anything and refuses to delete posts..even if false...I have had to deal with that.

I ordered my coated Kooks LT's from Marylandspeed. They had the lowest price i found, super fast shipping, and were a pleasure to deal with to boot! Marylandspeed ftw!
