As said it was midrange. Power windows. I think leather was optional on it. They where nice cars but nothing special like Z28's. It was more of the common order for that year.

My friend had a 79 Berlinetta and he drove the hell out of it till he smashed it.

Emblems on rare cars are always hard to find
I was never able to find this emblem for my '74 LT. Apperantly it was the only year that had it and they are not reproduced by anyone.

Year One and Classic Industries are always good to check. Also try "The Paddock" (800) 428-4319, www.paddockparts.com . Also try "Harmon's" (800) 851-2433, www.harmons.com . Both have a lot of the hard to find stuff....good luck!

I would day this was the least know Camaro.
In 1973 they started with a "Type LT" model, which means Luxury Touring. The name was changed to Berlinetta in 1979. It was never a "performance" model, although in 1979 you could order a 350, that changed in 1980 (after that you could only order a V6 or 305).

hey now! they are the rarest kind of camaros ever made! and it was easy to do a 5.7 engine swap, im doing one on mine in a few months. they have plenty of power, and they are extremely special, since a cherry one these days almost doubles the worth of a z28 with a bigger engine, of the same year. so, yes, they are awesome, and dont be dissin' da berlinettas

Bashing? How is saying it's midrange, which it was, bashing.
I had a 78 LT dude. The 79 Berlinetta replaced it.

And your car is a Gen III, totally different beast. Man talk about bad flame. You need to repent to the Camaro gods not me.
