Ok My neighbor who is a car junkie wants to sell me his new 10 pound Nos kit with installation for $600. Is that a fair price..?

Even if he's your best bud; can't trust N2O kits that aren't new; just my little experience here. I know you said it was new, but how new? was it ever installed? is it a wet or dry system? Why is he getting rid of it? I mean these are the things you gotta be 100% about.

IF everything is gravy. then MAYBE.

BUT, for reference.... this 35-150 shot is $650 brand new from summit for the v6 Camaro.

The kit is brand new out of the box. He has installed nitro on two of his shitty cars. He is very knowledgable. He wants $400 for the kit n he wants $200 to install it.

with the install, that's a pretty decent deal. although you'll probably want a TPS and window switch for it.

you also want to get colder plugs and a tune if you go with a bigger shot.

He said that I should not go for more than 75 shot. I am not racing and that it will be safer than going over the 100 shot range.
