Anybody know what's up with Anvil

So I ordered a notched fiberglass Anvil spoiler from JDP(great company by the way) back in July and I'm still waiting for it today. The latest reason for the delay is that they are having a hard time acquiring materials to produce the spoilers and they won't be ready to ship until the end of January, that seems like a very long time to have to wait for materials
Is Anvil having some troubles I don't know about? I really like their spoiler and don't mind waiting a little longer for it but I'm beginning to think I'm waiting for something that no longer exists
Does anybody have the inside scoop?

Have you tried contacting JDP?

They've been really good keeping me informed. There's been two delays before this last one. I got an email from them yesterday informing me about the material problems, I'm thinking they're just repeating what Anvil is telling them
It just seems odd to me that a company can go that long without selling their product

I ordered one myself and then got my money refunded for that reason. When I ordered mine I was told mid-Dec so apparently it got pushed back again. Just didn't want to wait that long so I ordered the MPD1 instead. Seems like an awful long time to get a product out the door. Pretty disappointing actually because I really wanted one but I like the MPD1 equally as well.

I was going to get the MPD1 too but decided on the Anvil. The MDP was having mold trouble for a long time and not available but now I guess it's flip-flopped.
So is the MPD1 in stock now? Might have to get one of those instead if Anvil can't come through

Nice ride......That's not bad, What I liked about the Anvil is how well it follows the body lines, that one doesn't do to bad of a job though

.

I was told 3 weeks when I ordered mine which was about a week ago. 3 weeks was acceptable to me vs. who knows how long for the Anvil. Shame...they make a nice product and obviously missing out on sales.

I ordered mine last week and they told me Feb. now I'm thinking I should have gone another route... I really like the Anvil look, but I hope that doesn't bite me in the ass!

Ordered my carbon fiber one directly from anvil in June and got it in about 2 weeks ago after 2 different estimated time changes but they kept me informed about those
