NY points cause suspension after 11. Your first two 20mph over are both excessive speeding defined as anything above 16mph over and are 6points each

I would fight them ALL! The cops are obviously singling YOU out, no matter what car you drive. How the know it's you, I don't know. Did you get a flu shot this winter? Maybe they chipped you without you knowing it.

I can't fix your current problems, but I can you future ones. Move to a state where if you are doing 75 mph in a 60 mph zone, the vehicle that is coming up your rear, then passes you at 85 mph+ is a police officer.

I was showing off my new Camaro SS to a coworker at lunch, launched from the access road from zero to 110 mph and entered the freeway, then rapidly slowed down to 70 mph in a 60 mph zone when I saw the police officer. He pulled up beside me, looked directly at me and shook his finger. He then rapidly sped away doing at least 80.

i got 2 tickets for my tint (each window) I just bought the car but they still gave me a ticket.

i got 2 tickets in connecticut coming in each direction, troopers said they were watching me for 15 miles speed on the highway so they gave me a ticket for lane changes and speeding but it does not state the speed at which I was going. Now coming back to New York I got pulled over again by the same cops and they gave me tickets for the same exact thing. However, on the ticket it states that my car is blue and not yellow and it's 2012 when I have a 2013. The first ticket states I have a 2013 Yellow Camaro (was thinking I could use that to my advantage) and I ordered custom plates about a month ago they still have no came. One ticket says the custom plate, one says the regular plate.

and my last ticket was failing to my a signal. I did not know whether or not I was going to turn but split second decided that I was going to and I got a ticket for it.

Any feedback would be appreciated. this is a lot of money worth of tickets and any assistance on how to approach would be nice.

or should I just keep postponing them.

My advice is maybe you should sell your car and use Uber. It'll be cheaper that way.
