TSB needed on the HVAC blower motor?

I've replaced my blower motor 3 times. For each time, they said the shaft was worn out.

It seems to be a re-occuring issue. Here are some examples:

If GM is outsourcing those motors, management may need to have a good, long meeting with them and set strong expectations. Get them to digital six sigma quality resolution and management.

Anyone that works for GM (Chevrolet Customer Service):
Do you see a lot of orders for the blower motors? Is this a quality issue they can address?

thanks,

Can't say I've seen lots but I have changed a few.

I dont recall seeing a TSB or anything of the sort last time I checked but one may be out now but I doubt it. If the blower motors keep failing and stop working entirely in many cars (Camaro's in this case) then GM will address the issue more promptly then if the blower motors are being changed for a slight noise or noises in general. At least its been like that for the years I've been working for them. Safety comes way before convenience, this is not my opinion, I'm just telling you what I've been told before when it came to problems like this.

We treat every vehicle concern on a case by case basis. Is your vehicle currently experiencing the issue? If so, I can contact your dealership and research the information.

Fair enough. I'll ask the dealer if there is something in my car that is causing the blower to prematurely failure. Thought it was a more widespread thing but I agree its best to find out the cause first.
