Engine noise on passenger side only

Ok, so, starting yesterday I noticed a weird sound from the passenger side of my engine. It just sort of appeared. I did no abnormal driving yesterday and have been relatively gentle on the car all week.

Now, for the sound. It is clearly on the passenger side of the engine. Almost sounds like it's coming from the cylinder head area header area. I only hear it when the engine is around1500 rpm and up. It become slightly more pronounced the higher the rpm. It's very difficult to describe. It definitely sounds rotational. Like a whirring. It makes the sound whether in neutral, or gear. The best description I have is the way my girlfriend described it and that is "it sounds like when you are whisking something in a bowl really fast" . And funnily enough, that's actually pretty spot on with the sound.

I did headers a week ago and everything sounded normal. I thought possibly an exhaust leak (I'm not super knowledgeable on cars). So I know the header bolts shoukd be retorqed after a week. So this morning I took all the wires off and retorqed everything and checked all clamps on my high flow cats. Reinstalled all the wires. And the sound is still there. I did take spark plugs out and reinstall them to do headers, but I didn't recheck their tightness (thought of that just now) .

Any ideas of suggestions?

I'm not sure. Hasn't been warm enough for ac yet. I imagine it would make the sound with the ac on though.

I did notice this sound after I installed my mgw if that makes a difference?

Did you ever find out what it was and resolve the issue?
