Yeah I'm for sure installing the rotofab CAI, the big gulp, the windshield washer relocation kit I ordered the pulley and a shorter belt but I don't know if I'm going install that just yet. 1LE Eric sent a link of a pretty sweet kit that I hope to be trying out very soon

Install the CAI and then go from there. The 2.38" upper is pretty aggressive pulley overdrive, you'll need injectors and a fuel pump upgrade or booster as well as Headers to get rid of pressure. If you run a 2.38 on stock manifolds and cats you'll not only melt the cats but you could even melt your engine with the back pressure.

Yes, will wait until this winter and do pulley with entire mod kit. BUT, I will be installing Foster whine kit ASAP.

I can't remember the last time I heard my supercharger whine. With long tubes, no cats and cutouts, all you hear is the exhaust. haha

Yeah, the company that makes the kit got back to me yesterday. I am on a two week business trip, but hope to install the CAI and whine kit soon. Will post short video of sound when I do.

Lol, yeah that will probably happen to me to. Right now I am stock, so at least I will be able to hear the whine for awhile until I start with long tube headers, etc

The reason it is quiet is the engine was built for the Caddy. They made it quieter on purpose.

I have the rotofab CAI and lower pulley and she whines like a Mofo.
Music to my ears! My previous SS with the Maggie did not whine at all even with a rotofab so I like the sound of the Z far better. Love blower whine!

Most PD blowers don't whine that much. Especially very large aftermarket ones like Whipple and Maggies. Out of all of them, the Hellcats is BY FAR the ridiculously LOUDEST. To be honest, I think the LSA may be the next loudest after that. The only car I know that I heard more whine on WOT was a 2016 CTS-V. Sound dampening is so good that all you can hear is the high pitched blower. Once you roll the windows down or open the exhaust/lose cats/loud mufflers...All you hear is screaming engine.

A centrifugal blower will give you a lot of whistle and everyone will know you're boosted with the constant whistle at idle and WOOOOSH as you let off. Now that is music IMO.
