Hello everyone! I'm new here as you can see. You probably wouldn't believe me when I say that I'm one of the winners of the Dr. Pepper Camaro contest. But I am. I couldn't believe it myself either until about a week and a half after entering the code we got the papers in the mail. I was like "Oh damn, I'M GETTIN' THE CAMARO!" I'm so grateful that I won this car. I was originally trying to save up for a Pontiac Fiero to use for college, but now I don't have to worry about that anymore.

As for the Camaro, here's the description from the Dr. Pepper site:

Exterior Color - Red Jewel Tint
Interior Color - Black
Automatic Transmission
300 HP
27 MPG highway
V6 Engine
Leather Seats
6 Standard Air Bags
19-inch aluminum wheels

I have a question though. The site said wait 4-6 weeks for the papers but we got them in only a week and a half. They also said wait 12-16 weeks for delivery of vehicle. So I'm wondering if I'll get the Camaro sooner than said just like the papers?

Wow, congrats man. As far as when you get it its hard telling, and without a order number I am not sure how you would track it. The production times really vary I haven't been able to figure any method to the madness. I had a may allocation for june production and still haven't gotten my car, ordered the end of march.

Congrats. Lucky for you, that info's outdated, you'll actually be hitting 29 MPG on the highway and have 304 HP.

So as far as we know 2 of the 6 have already been claimed? I don't understand how it works you enter a code from a Dr Pepper and then they do a drawing every other week for those codes you entered or what?

Wrong contest? My Camaro is 1 of 23. I entered my code on the Dr. Pepper website, just go there and you'll see what I mean.

Make sure spelling and case is correct. Thats it and you will be added.
