What?!? You're crazy. Let me look at the videos again.....You're crazy.

I just went for first bulb I saw. That's probably it. I don't see why they wouldn't mention that in the instructions or at least in the FAQ for idiots like me.
it looks like you are turning into yourself.i guess men really should read directions.

I understand your view point. I think these are more for adding awareness to your car for the other drivers out there for the sakes of safety! If I can prevent even just one "close call" by install this and the 3rd brake light pulser I think that is money well spent!!! You can't do much to a car for performance that has been badly rear ended!

You mean where it says, "Remove the outer socket from the fixture"? I chose not to read words that start with "o" to save time. I knew it would come back to bite me.

My car performs fine for me........when the tail lights work anyway.

I've had these on for awhile too and like them. Very easy install. I wrapped electrical tape around my connections just to guard them from moisture to be extra safe before tucking them up under the side walls. Not a big change, but just another inexpensive option to help change it up and make it different from the factory.

You guys really need to put LED bulbs in them, with the crisp on/off. I dont think they look very good with the slow on, slow off, in my opinion...

wish someone would come up with this but with LEDs instead of the stock tail lights.

Go to WebElectric's site - http://www.webelectricproducts.com/
On left bar click on "On-Line Instructions" link
find "STS-2CAM Camaro Installation (Pre-Wired Harnesses" and click
These are the install instructions.

My install experience:
- be careful removing the push pins - use a plastic edged tool to raise the pin up - the fixture cover scratches easily.
- Pay attention to remove the outer socket so you get the right sequence in lights
- once harness is connected make sure of the seal and tuck it under the quarter panel such that any water will not get into the harness.

- if you get a DIC "Rear Turn Signal Out" message try using the signal again - that usually clears the issue - appears to be weather related...

Its a great mod.
