I went with the 2LT cause I wanted all the bells and whistles. 155 mph is fast enough for me and better gas mileage to boot.

350z, Honda accord (new ones are nice)

a twin turbo 350z would be so much sicker than a TT v6 camaro or mustang
i know a kid with a twin turbo 350z soooo sick .. just not the same with a muscle car

I would hope that if GM didnt have to worry about money and sales, that they never would have offered a v6...because of them, The Camaro will be a dime a dozen.

Thats true. My 2Lt and a 1SS were pretty close in price. I just had to decide weather I wanted all the options or more motor. Not knocking either one, but I wanted a loaded car. And since my car is more of a show car the extra HP was not that important. To each there on I guess. But the 2LT definitely has a place at GM.

...because they need to make sure they dont go bankrupt. Man, if some people on here had it their way, there would be a v6 version of the Corvette.

-Just wants something that looks fully loaded to the untrained eye, something that looks fast. Popping the hood for you is like being a pretty built dude, but drop the pants in the bedroom and your a 3 cylinder Geo Metro

What if they offered a 4 cylinder of the Camaro? Think how many terds would have bought that-fully loaded to look cool.

I guess it didnt matter what motor options it came in, plenty would buy it for its name and looks.

Sure, finding out they where bringing the Camaro back plus it looks bad ass had my interest...but having a Corvette with a back seat for my kids + using that as an angle for negotiating with the wife...Sold!

My Camaro club has 27 members of all 5th Gen Camaros which has about half V6's and half V8's. We all get along great and I can't ever recall one time that someone said hey man you should have got the V8. We all love the Camaro, engine size is not a big deal to us. But the Camaro is and thats what its all about. Now if you want to knock on a Ford Mustang, I will jump on that thread in a secound. Hate Mustangs with a passion. LOL But on a Camaro Forum you will never hear me say anything bad about either a V6 or a V8. I love them both.
