We, who have ordered and patiently waited for the day the line actually starts the production of our new toys, want to say thank you. And this goes out to the suppliers too.
We're sure you know this is history in the making and we wish we were along side of each of you - on the line, in the offices, in the lots to witness every screw, stitch, weld, examination that you'll do for us.
As you no doubt know if you read this or any other Camaro forum, its not "cars" that your assembling, but a passion, a way of life, a dream and a whole new era for all of the devoted 2010 Camaro fans (or more like parents). There will always be a bit of each of you forever in the cars you produce. Maybe some blood, sweat - hopefully no tears!
We recognize these are not the best of times for GM and the industry. But we have put our faith in you that this car will be the start of the turn around everyone is waiting for.
I'm not sure if this note conveys our exact thoughts, and not sure how you will find out about this note, but in any case please relay our sincere thanks to your co-workers and let it be said "thanks, we're counting on you and we're in this endeavor together".

Too bad we can't leave these guys a tip in the glove box! I wish them all well and hope the Camaro helps keep them employeed so they can enjoy making these great cars for years to come.

I also second the statement of "take considerable care with the Black SSs" these are really important!
