Can side vent accents decal be "wet" installed? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Does anyone know if these can be "wet" installed? I did the first side of my car dry...and just not 100% happy. I'm thinking if I wet install, it will be easier.

CAUTION: Wet application may delay the immediate removal of the application tape. A waiting period of up to 30 minutes may be necessary."

Probably should have done that to begin with.

yes, I used a mild soap & water mix and it went great, if you look back on the forum from last week or so you will see my car with the gills installed. Good luck

Rapid Tach is the best. It promotes adhesion after it settles as well as floating while installing.
