Yeah...but I didn't see them for the 6 piston Brembos. I only saw them for the 4 piston.

For the people that have video with the data inserted like Harry's lap Timer what are you seeing for braking G's?
Last week I was getting up to .9G braking peaks with CTSV and stock pads. Curious what people are seeing with better pads.

I will let you know in 2 weeks after I spend 2 days at Watkins Glen on the new brakes. It won't be as good as it could be because if I brake hard at 100mph the abs will activate. Unfortunately the Nitto NT01 tires I ordered will not be here in time.

I usually get -.9G with the OEM pads, not sure a tack pad will do much better since its limited by the tires.

The more I read the happier I am that I added the brake cooling ducts, I am convinced that is a big reason I am not having issues with overheating.

Specifically regarding calipers: 12-5 Brake Calipers (GS) 12-5.1 Front: A commercially available aftermarket 2-piece (split into two halves) design, maximum four (4) piston caliper of aluminum alloy, with a maximum of two (2) pads per caliper is permitted. The caliper and its mounting location must not require modification other than an adapter between the facing mounting surfaces. A front brake change request must be submitted in writing and approved via written reply from IMSA prior to use in competition.

Stock pads seem to be working for some, it's not a bad pad at all. For me I like to late brake and I don't like that I shove my foot to the floor and get whatever the pads affords me. With race pads the torque is much higher and should allow for less pedal effort, more brake control and modulation with a solid feeling pedal, even if my peak deceleration isn't higher.

I've done the ZL1 upgrade after my brake fiasco at Watkins last year. I'm set to go there again this June. We'll see what happens. Another thing is that right now I have the ZL1 rotors on now...when they're done, I've got a set of Centric blanks to go on. I know they're a bit heavier with non directional vanes, but if they hold up and give me my same lap time, the cost is sooo much cheaper. I can get 4 sets for every 1 two piece set. A lot of the race guys run Centric blanks too because of their cost and they perform well.

A quick search got this source. Not sure if it's the best vendor but the price is very low.
http://www.autobrakecenter.com/front...4-p-27286.html $99 a piece. 125.62133 right 125.62134 left

Seems like a viable option. Curious as to how they hold up under track use.
