you usually dont need a comeback. least i dont. Just take a look at whatever it is they are driving and if its not better than yours tell them to go kick rocks. anyone dissin you because you have 2 less cylinders needs to get a life.

and if it is better, then so what. You got a v6 for whatever reason you choose to, nothing wrong with that. no matter what there is always gonna be a car better than yours, thats life.

Most of th time it's someone with a V8! But sometimes they motor may say V8 but doesn't mean it's HP is more than the V6! My co woker talked trash that I have a V6 and he has a 06' Impala SS and after looking at his HP and mine he shut up! Cause this V6 makes 312hp to his 304hp 5.3 V8! He didn't and hasn't said anything but good things since then! But it maybe a close race if ever happens since he makes more tq!

I know a guy whose parents got him a 2011 coyote for his 21st birthday. He brought it out the day after to hang out with some friends we both mutually knew. The dude was pretty much dissin' every car that wasn't his. Saying how his car was essentially the end all be all muscle car. It was all fun and games. When he got to my car, he said his coyote could take my SS even though mine was manual and his was auto. I said it definitely could seeing as how I don't have an SS but an RS V6. Here's pretty much what ensued.

Coyote: What!? Why didn't you get an SS?

Atlas: Simple, I couldn't afford it, not alone anyway.

C: Stupid, if it's not a V8, it's not a muscle car! Shoulda just bought a Hyundai!

A: I actually almost did. Thank god I didn't *Chuckles*

C:I would never buy a V6 camaro, that's just wrong.

A: Well good thing you didn't. I, on the other hand did.

C: I wouldn't be caught dead in a V6 muscle car.

A: That sounds like a personal problem to me.

Oh, you must be a young man, still dealing the peer pressure issues. You bought what you wanted and that is it.

Its just like the 20-30 years somethings paying outragous money for 4X4 trucks, then pissing away another 5-10K for huge tires and high lift kits. When its all said and done they have a useless truck.

I've never had someone say anything. I get compliments.

I would just tell people to not knock it til they try it. And educate them that it has 312 hp and goes fast.
