Glad it all worked out.

I don't know why, but I thought GMPH was a stand alone parts distributor.

They're a dealer?

It was installed by a qualified GM dealer. Don't know much more than that. Its was covered by the 3yr warranty as a result. Fixed now. Now we are moving on to the paint issue. The paint under the rear spoiler is down to the primer. I told them about the info found here,and they ordered the new gaskets and she's going to the body shop on Thursday!! Got the ball really rollin Scott!! Out of the 3 problems I've had so far (AC,Sub and paint) this is the fastest I've seen GM go!!! Should have been this way from the start. Hopefully GM will take a HARD look on how they handle issues on the District Rep side of things and fix the problems.
