Cars/Makes You Just Don't Like?
The following is just this one man's opinion, so don't freak or get offended and stuff. The world takes all kinds, so if you don't agree that's just fine. Please list your models/makes and be honest.
My Top 5 1. Any BMW - I have test driven a 3, 5, and 7 series. Nice rides, nothing that really caught me (bought Infiniti over BMW). Looks wise, no thrill, nothing to get excited about. Plus all the dorks that drive them. Pass forever on this make. The inside is like a 4 star hotel though, made me want to either nap or order up some high priced escorts. 2. Any Cadillac - Until and unless they fix the ridiculous front grills on any of these cars it's a pass. I mean, it looks silly and stupid. Only owners and those thinking about how much they paid for the car honestly think that front grill abomination looks nice. The CTS, AT-whatever, it looks like they dropped an oversized body on a Prius layout. Car just looks way off. Disclaimer: never driven any model. 3. Any Acura/Any Audi - I just don't even register seeing them. Maybe they drive unreal, maybe they are sick as all get out, but they just don't do anything for me. Disclaimer: never driven either model 4. Kia Optima - I actually think this is a great car with lots to offer at a great price point. Problem is there must have been some kind of northeast discount thing, because I see at least 100 of the cars a day up here. And every owner thinks they got a race car. Disclaimer: never driven one 5. Subaru Forester - I actually just bought one of these from my mother in law as a kayak vehicle so I like the car for what it is. Problem is when I see one (older models usually) I cannot see the drivers head past the seat head rest and I know it's some octogenarian just driving 20 mph on the highway waiting to get a bunch of us killed. I have driven a 2005 model, it's a boat that sucks but it will move my kayak around. Share yours!

I just rented a vehicle for a 500 mile trip.
I ended up in a Hyundai for the second time. Question 1- This is full size? For who, a jockey? Question 2- When a motor with 30000 miles on it knocks, is it considered normal on these? Or is the squirrel in the cage running with a limp? Hats off to the Koreans though, for continually improving their knock-off skills of a 7/8 scale Chevy Impala. |

Commits weekly crime

Ford, Fiat, Volvo.
As an aside, my Audi SUV is a car I love that people don't notice. It's a stealth car with a 3.0 Supercharged engine that will generally take most people by surprise when they realize an SUV is pulling away from them and there's nothing they can do about it. I don't really want the SUV to stand out...I have the Stingray for that. The Audi is a complete sleeper though.

Most Korean and Japanese cars, not including the new F-Sport Lexii or the GT-R That's just because they don't currently have anything that appeals to me. Never understood brand haters.

PT Cruisers, RAV4s, Honda CRVs.
Wait, I think it's the drivers of those cars that I don't like. |

Acura,Lexus,Infiniti up until now they were little more than their cheaper cousins(Honda,Toyota,Nissan) with leather and polished wheels.
The new Lexus F series shows promise but Acura and that crappy chrome brush guard on the grill..WTF.

I have an irrational and unexplainable disgust with Hyundia and Kia. Though not as severe, Acura and Lincoln both have zero appeal to me. They are just very vanilla.

Ditto! ... It seems like any time there is an idiot driving 50mph in the fast lane, it's a Hyundai or a Kia. Plus, those cars somehow always look beat and their owners never take care of them.

I just spent 15 days (3000+ miles) in this CLS Mercedes in Europe. I have a new appreciation for these cars now. Wow, what a car !!
Had a small sticker on the windshield saying "please don't exceed 250 kph (145 mph)" LOL, I had the cruise set at 200-220 kph (120-135 mph) several times. What an experience being able to do that without breaking any laws.
