My MPG is it bad?

I know there have been a billion comments on MPG and how good there's are. Mine seems to have gone down and I'm wondering why. My car has 11,000 miles and is a 2011 2SS/RS L99 bought in July 2010. It averages at the moment about 15-16 MPG. It has a CAI from Cold Air Induction, Corsa Cat back mufflers, PFADT sway bars and has been tuned from 400 HP to 426HP with these mods and a tune. I drive about 85% to 95% on local roads and the freeway I do is for very short 4 to mile sprints. I live in a Seattle suburb where there are hills. I do smash the throttle when called for. I do not baby the throttle as it is meant to be opened up now and then or I would have bought a Prius. The MPG seems to have gone down in just the last few 5 months. Got anyideas or just live with it and enjoy.

Ive noticed on my car just the oppisite , in the last few weeks my mpg has risen. Ever since the temps have gone back up and the gas stations have not refilled with gas containing the winter mix of ethanol. I dont know for a fact thats why but its true. It may also have somthing to do with the fact that I only drive it in sport mode now. I never really did before, but once i started to it seems like it drives better and doeasnt have to shift as much and maybe its the combo of the two i dont know.

14-15 in town. Dropped one mpg since the headers and tune but my foot has gotten heavier since then as well.

I get like 13 city. Just ignore the people who claim to get 17-20 in an SS. They're lying or driving terribly slow and on the freeway 90% of the time.

Yeah, I'm getting 13 MPG avg. Of course the car isn't completely broken in, and I drive city miles as well. I doubt it will change much, but I knew what I was getting into when I ordered her, so....
