odd noise

Okay, so yesterday i read about the fuse pull on a different thread by apex chase and so i proceeded to pull the correct fuses ( i know they were the correct fuses because i know that apex chase knows his stuff) and let it sit over night. After reinstalling both fuses into their proper locations i got in the car to drive to school and i noticed that while in forth gear that if i went to accelerate from 34 mph (roughly 1500rpms) a very odd noise would sound and im not sure why. i listed the fuse pull info because i had never heard this until after i had accomplished it. It almost sounds like a very deep sound fork. it is slightly audible underneath the normal exhaust note and engine noise. Anybody have any clue as to what that noise is? I'll be taking a closer look at it after school. Thank you
