Questions to all about TRANSFORMERS
Hi -
1. Did you know about the new Camaro's before the Transformers movie? 2. How did you feel when you saw the new Camaro in the Transformers movie? (Wow? "Finally!"? WTF is that?) 3. Did the Transformers movie influence your decision to buy a Camaro (or stay away from it?) 4. Unrelated to Camaro's: What was your favorite MONEY SHOT in Transformers? What scene made you say OMFG? What scene made you lean so far forward you almost fell out of your chair? What 1 scene gives you goosebumps? (I have a single 10 second scene that does ALL of the above to me but I want to wait and see what others have to say before posting mine). |

1. No
2. "Awesome car, gotta check what is that". Well, now Camaro is responsible for my interest in cars in general (my daily driver Astra wasn't giving such a big motivation) 3. Of course 4. Two scenes: 1) Bumblebee "escaping" as 2nd gen and returning as 5th gen 2) Megan Fox popping the hood of 2nd gen... everyone loves that scene

1. Yes - I saw the Silver Concept first
2. Said cool looking car. Even though it was yellow. 3. Nope. After seing the concept, I told myself "If they build it like that, I will buy" 4. Fight scene on the highway between Optimus Prime and Bonecrusher (second was the scene in the desert when Skorpinoc comes out under the sand chasing the soilders.) That was actually the first scene in the teaser trailer that made me go - OH YEAH |

1. Yes
2. "F--- Yeah, that is sweet." 3. Not really, I liked the concept so much. 4. The Megan Fox scene previously described, and the first scene you see Optimus Prime. I have to admit, I was devastated as a child when he was killed off in the movie. |

1. Yes
2. He should've been a Bug! But he's F'n cool! 3. I loved it from the minute I first saw the concept (prior to the movie) 4. Megan Fox leaning into the engine bay (where Sam says, "Thank you.") and...I loved the "chase scene" between Bumblebee and Barricade.

Yes
I loved it, and even more, I loved other (non GM) people's reactions to it It did, actually. I really was headed for a G8, but decided to hold out after I saw that sex on 4 wheels. Right when the Camaro turns into the 5th Gen in the tunnel... still get goosebumps.

2-4. Never seen the movie, did not sound like anything I or my wife (mid 40's) would be interested in ... my kids do have the DVD, so maybe I'll have to watch it some day. Obviously this movie has had no affect on this die hard Ford-man's interest in the new Camaro. Doug |

Knew about the car way before Transformers. Didn't even know about the movie until I started lurking in here, then checked it out. Not a Transformers fan at all. I AM a Megan Fox fan though
