What did you end up doing to remedy it? Different brand? Were you able to sell the wheels or get your money back?

As many people that I've heard having interference issues, is there anything we can do legally? Any lawyers out there that wants to represent us?

What is Texas Speed going to do for you. You did buy from them, correct? They should take care of you guys and then they can deal with Weld. Anything less than a full refund would be unacceptable in my opinion.

i agrere here, if texas speed sold these to you knowing full well that they were for a 2010 camro ss and they said they would fit...but if you asked them to order without going into specifics , that may change the issue..

I'll call today but I doubt they will do anything as the wheels come with a sticker on the wheel: "Check for fitment, you mount them, you own them.". Also, I had already drilled holes for bead screws for the slicks. I'll just be posting these up for sale if Texas Speed doesn't offer me a refund and ordering a set of Bogarts.

So let me try and get this straight.... If I am at stock hight with BMR trailing arms I can still run the 17inch welds with absolutely no problems at all?

Take 10 minutes and box/clearance your lower arms. Its hardly difficult.

I wouldn't bet the farm on it!!! "Simster" just put his stock factory springs back on, and even with the Spohn LCA's, he's still rubbing!! There are so many problems with those 17" Weld Wheels, I would just stay away from them until someone engineers a sure-fire solution (at least in the rear). I was thinking of maybe going with 18's in the rear and 17's in the front, since the only available 28" front skinny is a 17" (M&H).

I'm thinking going 18's as well now too. I would hate to order another set of 17's and find another brand has the same issues.

what about adding a small spacer plate? that would move the wheel out a little to give it just a tad more clearance

Thought about it that also, but running slicks and one hard launch and goodbye studs...scary thought.

I just don't feel I need to be modifying anything to get a marketed wheel to fit without issue.
