Im good to go.
I have insurance for racing. I was just joking. Sort of.
Onstar was turned off when the free subscription ran out.

Yeah I hear that, I even took the onstar hardware out of mine and sheared off a couple more pounds in the process.

Illegal and unethical. And people wonder why car insurance is so high. Man-up if you wreck your car at the track. If you aren't willing/able to pay for the repair any damage that might occur as a result of tracking it, maybe you shouldn't racing it.

Insurance fraud is a felony in many states...not a good plan.

I have heard some people have been covered, but my insurance company says they don't cover any racing or time event period...so you accept the risk and hope you or someone driving next to you don't run out of talent...

Simply put. Your wrong. All conection is disabled at my request.
I have no interest in anyone being able to track or locate me through onstar.
It's as simple as emailing them to disable there service. Class action lawsuit against them 2 years ago resolved that issue with them. You have to request it be disabled. Any data collected beyond that time is a violation of privacy laws.
I do have a tracking system on it through the company that tracks my company trucks and equipment. Secure to me and me only.

Ok. So after reading some of the responses to my humor.
How could you even do that? Seriously?
So serious to the point it's comical that anyone would even respond with that's fraud or illegal. If anyone took me seriously. Please! Do not attempt this. My suggestion was for entertainment purposes only!!
It would be totally illegal.
Insurance rates are what they are. Nothing to do with fraud.
Everything to do with greed my friend. Greed.
More more more and more $$$$$. That's how it works.
Never enough.

No doubt. I just assume most people would recognize it as humor.
Wether it's funny to some or not to others.
All in good fun.
