I just heard about this today. Apparently, this dealer is putting some anti-Japanese radio commercials out there and it sounds like they are working. I definitely don't condone this, but thought it might be interesting to post. Sorry if this is not in the right forum. This video includes part of the commercials as well as an interview with the dealer.

There has been a couple deallers here in St Louis that have been doing ads for a couple of years; that basically say "I would like you to buy from me, but if you don't at least buy an American Car. I thanked him for his commercial when I bought my last truck.

I think this is a good idea, so many import owners bring up the fact that it isn't American...like that's something to be proud of. I was actually thinking about calling people out about the cars they drive...they peer pressured everyone into imports...we can do it back.
