Here in west texas its mostly dry and hot.

Hot/warm out: windows down
Hot as hell out or if I'm dressed: windows up ac blasting.
Night: Windows down.
If its windy out I have the windows up to keep out dust.
If its rainy and water isnt coming in windows are down.

ok doesnt matter if its warm out side then windows down. if its HOT window down, on a day like today, depends on how I am feeling
