Now I remember....yeah, that was a pain. First mod to the car, and it was when I realized that just about every connector on these cars comes off differently! Lol

Me, and many others since...and it seems ol boy is just throwing up more excuses about why people are waiting and cant get in contact with him after he took their money. Not gonna recommend anyone going that route when they can get the Elite, even tho I haven't had a problem with my can (other than receiving the wrong color)

Have you tried a nubock block and brush? You can get them for $5 from a shoe store. It'll make the knob and wheel furry again.

Will it smog? I went through this with my past car. It ended up costing me $1K to get it smogged. Sure, that (old) car is doing 11.39's in the quarter mile but that's a lot of dough every two years to smog it. I worry about over-modding and not getting smog certified. I think Lio had a similar concern hence why he went with a turbo package.

Camaro wedding. All of us from C5 1LE will be there with our rigs. We'll even out the sides so you have friends on both sides of the aisle!

Also why I'm trying not to go to cali, although I'd love to be able to do laguna seca. Started picking orders this week. First choice from what was offered was a ship back in VA, then shore duty in CA (not likely since I'm supposed to go back to sea), third was another ship that's changing homeport from VA to FL. We'll see what happens...

No it wont smog :(there are a few options as i see it.The exhaust can be set up so that you can just drop the high flow cat,and put the original back on.I have heard that some people know people that will pass it.My boy lives in Utah and i could just use his address.
