The "genre" is erotica. As I said above, the only reason these books made it to mainstream reading is where they started. And the fan fiction people, it would seem, aren't happy about it.

Yeah, my wife read the whole thing and gave her professional review. Said it was just a fan fiction re-write of twilight.. with an extreme lack of writing skill and descriptive words. "Worst book I've ever read"

IMO that's bad b/c she reads 2 books almost everyday and always reads through a series in a day.
