Race Ready "Y" Pipe used with QTP Cutout?

Im looking to change my exhaust set up around a little and i don't want my cutout to dump straight down in the middle of the car, it just sounds like an exhaust leak, anyway so is what i'm wondering is if the QTP cutout and the Race Ready "Y" pipe has the same bolt pattern and ultimately bolt right up. The reason why i want to do this is because the QTP "Y" pipe was about twice as much as the Race Ready.

Thanks for the input
