This was posted in another thread and I believe they determined this was a photoshop (look at how warped the rims are, especially the one in the back). We can hope so at least.

The "warping" of the rim could also be caused by the stroboscopic effect when photographing a revolving object. Also note the drivers door is ajar for window clearance for the ropes.
This video is one example of the effect.
