Savini Wheel SV-21c build thread: GRYGUSS
First of all, I would like to thank GRYGUSS for the order! I got the opportunity to shoot the build process from Savini for his order and Im glad to see the progression of his wheels! We are building 20x9 and 20x11 SV-21c Savini wheels. The finish we went with is Matte Black center and Rivets and we did the CGM Lips. Here are some of the first shots since the order was placed last week:
Blank lathe before machining: Blank lathe getting machined: After coming out of the CNC (took this morning): Stay tuned for more photos from paint and assembly! |

Ooh very excited to see how this turns out. Matte centers with either gunmetal or CGM lip is what I've been drooling over for a while now

Very exciting GRYGUSS! I look forward to following this thread.
Will these wheels be powdercoated or painted? I have gloss black Savini SV33 wheels with CGM accents. I think they look very nice. |

This is the exact wheel, size and all, that I am considering for my future CGM ZL1. Looks great and I can't wait to see what they look like mounted.
Would it be possible to get weights for both the front and rear wheels? I assume they wouldn't be ultra light given the concave construction but they're high quality forged so they can't be too heavy. Thanks! |
