The front was a pain to take out. When you get the plate under the hood out, take a flashlight to see the pressure tabs that hold the bowtie in. There are 2 vertical tabs and two horizontal. Push(bend) the vertical tabs in the opposite direction of the angle of the tab while you pull the bowtie from the grill... Then when you wiggle it out a bit, do the same to the horizontal tabs all while pulling the bowtie from the front. I would suggest 2 people... One to bend the tabs, one to keep pressure pulling the bowtie. It's a pain at first, but when you figure out how it works, it's easy. PM if you have any questions.

good tip, thanks.

Looks GREAT BTW. They should have made this an option, I am sure it would have sold like hotcakes! At least the aftermarket jumped on it!

Did you buy the adhesive remover they sell or did you use your own? If so what did you use?

Thanks, I agree... Although I think the silver should be standard, and gold optional like all other auto manufacturers.

I used goo gone. And alot of it! Aside from figuring out how to take the front bowtie off, once I removed the rear bowtie, taking the adheasive off with the goo gone was the hardest part.
