I have a 91 rs with a 3.1 wiring screw up in engine bay & need to do a nose to nose with the same car. I can't afford wiring harness, nor do I think it's a major issue. It just runs crappy in gear at starting since the guy I thought was a mechanic, took my money and wired it all weird. It runs without "any" relays in it. And i dont have headlights now. Lol. I dont read wiring diagrams. It Would be great to find some help in return for some beer and chat. A look at the same engine would allow me to have this car for when my 15 yr old can drive. Thank you for any help. And yes, I've done all fuel pump and components. I have over $1900 into it, as a single dad of 3. But I'm going broke with it, And the kids come first, so I'm without a car until it runs correctly. Unless I find the cheap to free fix.

I can talk to my dad to see if he would help you. He built an IROC, even though it has the 5.0 in it, Im sure most of it is all the same. Hes an electronics expert, so he can read a schematic if need be. I think he has a Chiltons manual, which talks about all 3 engines available. Let me know if you would like to talk to him. He lives around Higley and Southern.

Wish I lived closer bro. It's a 36.5 hr drive from my place to yours. I got a 92 3.1 v6. Post pics I can probably tell you what goes where or go to www.thirdgen.org and look for a couple guys... one is gum by another is maverick. They are 3.1 gods.
