Once a host hotel is locked in, do we start a sign-up list on here or is there just a mad free-for-all of people calling them and mentioning that we're with camaro5?

But, we aren't going to pick a host hotel that only has 80 rooms. So, it's not like it's going to fill up in 20 min.

Better yet, I think we need to get it picked and then announce when we are going to announce the host hotel. That way, everyone knows what time to look at the site, get the info, and then begin calling. Fair chance for everyone.

I'll talk to Guillermo today and see where we are at.

To see these items again...you need to reserve an extra room for me however you can manage it...
for this service, I will either pay you for the room ahead of time, pay for it upon arrival with my credit card, or if you have the hotel email me, I will send them full payment information...
