I don't think GM has released the pricing yet. I think it does come with a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty right?

Correct, 5/100 powertrain, 3/36 bumper to bumper.

I'd say it depends on your future plans...modding the car or leaving pretty much stock? If modding then you'll want the warranty gone ASAP...if staying stock, not a bad option.

I've bought them in the past but have no intention of buying it with the Camaro...but I do plan to mod the car!

I've saved more money than I've spent too...so they worked out for me.

I'll go with the flow on this one. Keep it if you want to drive this car stock forever. If you want to modify the car, your best bet is to lose the warranty and be careful about your mods.

Generally speaking, you are better saving money from extended warranties for when things eventually break.

and you can buy the ext warranty when ever you want. So if in 5 years from now your powertrain warranty is about to go out and you want it you can buy it then.
